SH3 Commander 2.7

Is there a way to check Folders in SH3 Commander 2.7 to be sure it is Rolled Back? I am back in port after my First Patrol. I wanted to add some of GWX's optional mod's with Commander rolled back. I found out you can't add those mods on patrol with commander set up and running Your last saved mission won't run. I think I have it rolled back but not sure?
Made my first Patrol with GWX and SH3 Commander Sept 1939 from Wihelmshaven to Be61 Whole patrol overcast, raining, Thunderstoms.
Passed just south Scapa Flow 15 meters depth, Silent running with two
destroyers on patrol on surface they had there scearch Lights on but did not drop any DC's Had one clear day and got jumped from Air but Crash Dived no damage. Then the bad weather came back, wind and rain,overcast when to my patrol zone and Patrol 24 hrs and return to base. Big fat Zero on First Patrol I know "Get more aggressive"
