Changing the default torpedo loadout?

Is there a way to change the default torpedo loadout for my sub (in game or through the cfg files)?

For example, the VIIB has 2 TIIs, and the rest are TIs, and so before each mission I need to remember to go into the u-boat upgrades screen and "buy" two more free TIs, is there a way to keep this all TI loadout as the default for my sissions, or do they need to be manually adjusted each and every mission?

That could get troublesome if later on one decides to use a lot of TIII's for example...

This is in the stock game, no mods installed
