Neighbours from hell

Help I got a PC neighbour and he driving me nuts, he told me not too call a spade a spade as this will upset dark skin people! So I asked him what should I call it? He said call it a shovel, so I said no thanks it's a spade in my book then he called me raciest and he was going to call the police well I said too him feel free call them see if I care.

This is not the first time we have had words for example he does not like my black bin bags and my black gate and the bush which is not strictly growing in my garden is in his words infringing his civil rights to open his window and it's blocking out the sun light.

I can't take much more of this I'm going to


Moving on to my other neighbour who slams doors in the early hours of the morning and the number of punch up's these people have had I lost count. Fortunately in there case I can get the council on to them at the moment I have to monitor them for three weeks and fill in all these boring forms.

Has anyone here put up with a neighbour from hell?
