Silent Hunter II 1.1 Patch - Can't Find It

The official link for the SHII 1.1 patch is not responsing, and the only location I can find that still carries it is FilePlanet (which requires registration). Does anyone know where else I can find it?

Most official patches are available at SubSim's downloads page. Just scroll down until you find it.

That was the first place I checked - it just leads to the dead link I mentioned earlier.

That's weird. I checked it myself before posting the link, and I just checked it again.
