SHIII had these levels too - and they will wipe out your selections in favor of pre-set selections that correspond to each setting. Best to select all manually and leave these levels to the amatuers.

Default Thermal layers

I forgot. You will get a message....a very soothing one "Passing thermal layer sir!"

They are modelled, and also work. I dived...switched to silent running...and thoze Akikaze lost me. Even though I was in an old rusty S class bucket.

Is there an order or key command for creep speed or silent speed now or do we still have to fumble with the mouse cursor on the telegraph to get 1 or 2 knots?
