I think the red devils are available in the "Extras" of the U-boat upgrades screen, under "Emblems". I don't remember if they are stock though.
For my Type II, I've got the #13, but for my last career, I had a narwhal. ![]()

The skin looks like Fubars VIIC U552 and the red devils emblem is from the Historic Tum v1 mod. |

Leaving Kiel for shakedown
![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Testing Crash Depth at the Skagerag ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Crew at the Zentrale gets a bit stressed as we cross the 100m mark ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Passing 120m and the Helmsman thinks am a suicidal idiot. Looks pretty annoyed to share the boat with me ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us At 170m things start to break, so I decide to surface the boat - but for a IIA, 170 is a pretty decent number. That means i can go 165m when hunted. Not bad ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Returning to Kiel and Bernard is assigned to wash the crew's soiled underpants I'll whip this amateur crew to proper U-boatsmen ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us

After an uneventful patrol at AN49, the grid assigned by the BdU, Gunter Geiser, the Kaleun of U-22, a Type II Uboat from the 1st Flotilla decides to have a look at Lerwick. 10 Km out of the Lerwick, U-22 evades two destroyers patrolling but there is another one right on the mouth of the harbour. Geiser decides that entering the port is one thing, but getting out afterwards is another. So he decides to sneak towards the destroyer and attack , before making a run for it
![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us One torpedo, impact setting, depth 2 meters, speed fast, does the trick. Now lets get the hell out of here ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Some 200Km to the south, my hydrophone man detects a merchant ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Its a lone freighter...One torpedo does the trick ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us 4 uneventful days pass by. The only excitement being a crash dive seconds before being spotted by an Anson aircraft. The same day, late in the afternoon my WO spots a merchant. I decide to proceed with a surface attack. ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us So far the boat has been lucky. But still its early in the war. The Medusa's Head, U-22's emblem has proved a lucky charm. English Merchants face the Medusa, turn to stone and sink to the bottom ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us ![]()

Having left Kiel and with the Skaggerag behind us, U22's Kaleun orders the radioman to sent a status report, before we sail into enemy waters. All set for another exciting patrol and with little luck we 'll come back at base with some tonnage and in one piece
![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Two days later, tower watch spots a ship. Medium Cargo. But its a lit up neutral, so we let it go. ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Our assigned patrol grid, AN 48, is pretty much void of traffic. So after 24 hours we decide to lurk outside Hartlepool U22's sonar man reports a contact in the dead of the night. Merchant, medium speed , closing. When U22's Kaleun asked the sailor if that picture pinned on the hull was his girlfriend the reply was "I wish" ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Course of the merchant is now established and the crew moves the U-boat towards its attacking position. ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Periscope depth. U22's Kaleun sweeps the horizon, and there she is. A darkened Medium Cargo, just 45Km away from the East coast of England. Cannot make out nationality, but the flag seems red enough. ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Two torpedoes, impact pistol, from 700m. One at the bow, one dead center. Its a hit! ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us We surface to look for survivors and then we realise. It's a God damned neutral.Danish Flag. Tough luck Dane, you were darkened just 45Km of the east coast of England. Maybe you were carrying the new ultra secret receipt of Danish pastries to Churchill. A game changer that could alter the course of the war. I wouldnt take that chance hence the attack... ![]() ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us "Boat with 1st WO" the Kaleun orders and heads for his quarters to rest. Danish for God's sake. Danish... Uncle Karl will have my **** for this. ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us
