"Generic cargo ships?" Looks like a heavily-armed merchant raider to me.

Thanks much.

Generic Tanker C pointing her fat stern at the camera. She'll be one of the larger ships in the mod (9,000 GRT) and represents a ship from the late 30's-early 40's. Nations with this ship on their rosters will be Norway, Sweden, Japan, Germany, France, Denmark, and the UK. The paint scheme shown is for T.H. Brovig (but I'm not entirely sure if they used grey or black hulls).

Another shot.

Thanks Gerd.

This is semi-OT but it DOES deal with new objects - Right now I am VERY tentatively planning to include various scenery objects, including land vehicles for ports and barrage balloons. The barrage balloon 3d model is nearly complete, but I have no idea if it will work ingame.

THIS WILL BE SO COOL!!! I would love to see this in the game. Would aircraft react to them?? Would they blow up if we used them for target practice???

BTW - I forgot. Latest shot of the Lightship. Still CTD, though.

Generic Merchant T. An old-fashioned freighter of about 6,000 tons. It's a drastic redesign of an old ship that I didn't like anymore. This model is nearly complete but still needs additional rigging. The paint scheme shown is for Common Brothers Ltd. Ingame it will be assigned to nearly every nation.

Generic Merchant X. A modern freighter with a long bridge deck. It's another major redesign of a model that I had created several months ago. This ship will range from 4500-5100 tons ingame. I may shrink the cranes on the final version. The paint scheme shown is for J&C Harrison. It will be assigned to Britain, France, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.

A better view of the long midships "Island" (designed for light, voluminous cargoes like grain).

Hi everyone,

i was looking for some empty tanker for the ONS/ON/OB-Convoys back from England to the USA. Mrchant without deckload - no problem, but emoty tankers will have less draft.

So i took the T 2 an T 3 Tanker, made a clone of each and reduced the draft (from 10.7 to 6.5 resp. from 9.5 to 5.5. m).

I've integrated both in my Campaign_RND.mis and Campaign_SCR.mis, building new convoys - ONS, ON, OB - sailing back to Halifax. For those who to dl them, klick here.

http://files.filefront.com/E_Tanker7.../fileinfo.html

The next one is a convertrd passengership. Many passenger and merchant ship in Germany were convertred to AA-batterys to protect german harbours and habour-industrie. I took the PTR, gave him some heavy and medium AA_guns.

The ship is ready and in use, but i'm just testing a new idea for the optical distance measuring system (i want do make it following the targets like the guns). Hope it will work.

Hi mates,

I think there are some more of 'his' mods stolen - more or less. I had this suspicion already some weeks ago in this thread [posts 17 and 20]:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=97785

Since this day I always had doubts about the accumulation of his releases and the speed of creating new ships/planes.
Isn't it suspicious?
