What he means I think is the free camera. That's ROW Camera (where the free-roaming ability is Sergbuto's work)

Type XVIII interior. The Walter Turbine is controlled by the interface in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen (the H2O2 display). You'll hear it spool up when it's activated.
