Depends. Are you a potential girlfriend (probably not very likely if you're not a girl in the first place)?
:p
You'd adopt a girlfriend? Wouldn't that sort of put a damper in the romance department?

This is just one hard disk of 500 GB.
I once went over a co workers house to get some files from him. He hapily showed off his 500 gig external hard drive that was filled with 500 gigs of porn (He was PROUD !) The thing that creeped me out was.. the desk was near his bed. He had two monitors. The big 22 incher was facing his bed.

*Shudder*
I never went over there again. I can't even look at the house the same way.
Did you know that Denmark was the first country to legalize porn?

Hmm, hobbies.

Well my top hobby once upon a time used to be smoking cigars. I used to experiment with buying different makes till I eventually settled on Don Tomas. It was not the cheapest or healthiest hobby. Am now a non-smoker.

I think if there had to be a hobby of mine its exercise. I now exercise far more regular than I ever did. I have muscle definition on my arms and legs Which is cool.

I also have a new little hobby. Baking stuff! The oven is a wondrous thing and I love to make use of it. Pies, cakes, tarts. Its all fair game. I even had a shot at bread once. Which is also great.

I tried learning to knit, but, couldn't be arsed with it... too fiddly and time consuming when you could just head to the shop and by a pullover or top of some sort just as good if not better.

I am into Archery somewhat.
Have a 20 yard range in my back yard even an elevated spot to practice from.
Recently picked up a PSE (pro-shop) Lite-Speed, with only a 30" ata it makes a great stand Bow & it's not difficult to shoot from a sitting position either.
You can drop an easy 500-1000$ into an Archery set-up these days.
I also like to Hunt, Fish, Camp, Shoot & Re-Load. In fact sometimes I go shooting just so I can reload again. Clays are also a good time.
In my younger days scuba-diving was an expensive hobbie.

Well, for the last two and a half years, I scribbled up a fan fiction:

http://members.aol.com/zayphod/

Other "hobbies" are Train Simulator and Flight Simulator (2004, may soon get FS X).
Otherwise, if you call cutting the lawn a hobby, yeah, I do that, too.

At work, I stand between my company's bottom line and credit card thieves, catching the fraud orders before they get out the door. To date: $270,000 in fraud stopped since I started working here.

If I wasn't speechless I would tell you to get help.
More to the point I'm surprised he hasn't gone blind.
You realize that there was a medical study recently on how to prevent prostate cancer, right? I believe it involved studying tons of porn.

Usually late at night.

Alone.

By the light of an HDTV.

Good exercise for the heart, too, by the way. Gets the blood flowing, lungs working hard, and you don't have to buy yourself dinner first, either.

My hobbies when not blowing stuff up include learning how to work overly complex and ultimately useless thingamajigers like the Mark III TDC and the Norden Bombsight, building ship and aircraft models (Started doing this again after I stopped when I was about 10, working on an Airfix model of HMS Ark Royal at the moment), and when I'm not doing any of that I'm usually wasting time playing on my computer

Oh, I'm also trying to learn how to model 3d stuff, but I kinda suck at it at the moment...

Venice's lagoon water is traditionally stagnant; it gets pungent in warm weather, & mosquitoes love it. The late Katherine Hepburn fell in a canal for a scene in "Summertime" (1955), forgot to close her eyes, & got an infection.

Apart from that, Venice is wonderful. I took my girlfriend to Carnevale last year and finally went for a gondola ride in 18th C. period costume! I looked kinda like Dennis Moore from the Monty Python sketch: "Stand and deliver! Hand over all your lupins!"

I just signed up at my local club. Had an old Yamaha recurve years ago, and just bought a Fred Bear Element.

I'm also in the process of buying / restoring a 1962 series 2a ex-army Land Rover.

Time to bust some bunnies.

Like some here academia consumes me most months of the year. Besides that I like to take pictures.

I used to build model ships but I gave that up when I realized I was no good at it.

Oh, I also enjoy brewing beer.

There are far more better things to do than that b.s.

I Like fly fishing very relaxing for me.

32 inch salmon in Alaska few years ago:

Man was that great! Released him/her after that.

It was so fantastic, the fight, to land this baby on a nine foot fly rod. But ... I won. Total RUSH, never repeated it since then.

Total THRILL!

Made me appreciate ----> LIFE.

I felt REAL GOOD releasing this fish back into the stream. Darn good feeling. Damn good hobby of mine. The Fly I caught him/her on is one that I made myself.

Porn = evil/garbage: not worth the time. Many other things are so much better for your life then that garbage.
