thanks for your replies, everyone -- guess I'll leave out a 4th RenownStep since I don't know what it does. I tweaked the other two CFG files, so I have a shot at Fregattenkapitän now (and theoretically Kapitan z.S. since it's listed in the menu) Hmmm...All I have to do is save my reknown... and survive the war!
