It is most unlikely that 7z is the problem.
Did you put all archives in the same folder?
Did you right click archive 001 and then extract?
It works for me, pretty well.

What windows version is it that you're using?

I found readme file averything like that but where is that SBM 2.0 beta.exe I cant find it

I'm glad you have finally managed to unzip the archives.

As i have never used this mod, i am afraid i have no idea. You must read the manual and the readme file.

Maybe someone else can help you.
