Since ive seen 50 caliber sniper rifles for sale on the internet, my knee jerk reaction is.. "well schitt, why the hell not, can buy just about everything else on the internet, why not this too."

LOL. I am saving up for one of those ".50 cal sniper rifles" so I can go prairie dog plinking. And to be prepared for a zombie invasion.

While the M60 is a tank, in this context the M60 is a machine gun

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M60_machine_gun

Of course it is possible he meant the Yugoslav AK-47 clone but I doubt it

As for the m249

Check your laws - it's a left over from WWII. You people in the UK can drive tanks anywhere you want without license. Wish we could do that here. In the US, offroad only.

Sort of right, though you do have tracked vehicals of that weight on your driving license.

Have you seen the width of our roads and the cost of our fuel over here though.
You'd have to be mad!

Well some of you over there are quite mad! Did i do my English accent good? :p Anyway, I watched a program over here, som magazine TV thing, and they followed a guy around that drives a tank to work! It was quite enetertaining! And apparently, a bunch of you brits have tanks! A whole lot of you!

Here is one guy that uses his tank for grocery store runs. Guess he doesn't have to worry about door dings!

It was 300 pounds in 2006, so I'm guessing 500 to 600 now! Not a big deal if you can afford it.

As much fun as this sounds, unfortunately my driving license only allows me to drive vehicles up to 3 1/2 tons. Also I think Mr Plod might get a bit funny if he saw me rumbling round Sutton's 1-way system in a tank!
