I have seen at least 3 tenders on the game so far. Johnston Atoll, Tulagi, and one on the west coast of Australia (I can't remember the name at the moment, sorry). From what I have seen they are actual ships, and have an interface like pulling into port.
My first try was wierd as I loaded torp's at Johnston Atoll, but my crew would not load them into the tubes...??? Very wierd. Good thing I was on my way back to port anyway and just tried for the heck of it. On my second stop with a tender though in Tulagi, everything went as planned and I was happy as could be. I'm not sure if this is an "in game" thing, or something that shows up due to one of the mods I have. Either way, I'm glad to see them. ![]()

You have to place a naval base. the tendder is just a ship like any other.
The anchor icon is just an icon you place to mark a naval base. |

The only problem with tenders, I can see is that they are modelled from the ships modernized in 1960s, after which they have lost they second pair of 127-mm guns replaced by that antenna.
