IXB U-boat Skin 1

IXB U-BOAT SKIN 1
LONG RANGE WOLF
  • History: This type was the most successful overall with each boat averaging over 100,000 tons of sinking. They had 22 torpedoes stored which gave a determined U-boat commander a serious striking power which could be used night after night against the same convoy, as was often the case.
  • This U-boat displays a fictional Atlantic Sea camouflage scheme.
  • This skin is compatible with the GWX Expansion mod & all GWX patch upgrades.
  • This skin should be used in conjunction with Generic Mod Enabler (any version will do).
  • This skin has the correct file structure pathway.
  • This skin is zipped with WinRAR.
  • This skin was created by Venatore.
  • Enjoy. (I hope)

Certainly one of the most beautiful camouflage schemes ...

But... Is it an historically accurate one ? :hmm:

Alex ..... my friend.... you ....are....
Turning into a snob.... :rotfl:

Ven another beauty for my colection...

Love the deck detaille and CTower, and even the
Blue for the first time, I didn't ever enjoyed and liked
Camo skins, cause they allways look like were paited
by a Mathematics Sailor....:p ... but this camo is great
Blue is in the same texture as the grey...

Perfect mate...

As I talled before,
you're improving on each skin release...

The only thing thats pissing me off about the IXB is for some crazy reason the hatch located on the conning tower floor is not skinning. I've checked, re-checked and I can't work it out.

If anybody knows please tell please and I'll fix it or is it a fault like the instrument compartment in the conning tower for the IID ?

oh the woes of modding

Yes captain that is still in the factory.....the dock workers need more paint as it gets closer I'll ensure that I PM you and give you a few sneak peaks prior to it hitting the drive through.

I will get JCWolf to look into it, that is a big drama if you can't access JCWolfs website, its a really good site if not the best for SH3.

Like I said I'll PM JC and get him to contact you. please let me know how you go so I can ensure you get the downloads you want.

Ven.
