I don't worry much about frame rates in harbours. With GW/NYGM I get 25-28 fps even at the most dense. Game play runs smooth.

Where I run into trouble is when the large convoys show up and things other than graphic display start slowing down....so much so that it begins to interfer with game play.

i have a 21 inch High end LCD monitor costme a good 800+$ 2ms response time , ive played call of duty 2 on my 52 inch plasma with everything maxed out and i get a decent 60-80 fps v-sync is never on so i benchmark to know wut the most possible stable limit for my system is.

My lil ol 1.2Ghz PIII with its FX5950 in port gives me 20~FPS, out to sea I get 50-70~FPS (depending on where I am at the time-Bridge/map).
And I have GW installed, cant complain
