That's unusual Andy, I think everyone would be running various versions of the HT mod, but fail to see any files that would effect brightness.

It can't be HT mod... there is nothing in there that would affect brightness or sky coloring.

Your guy's systems are just overly dark, that's all...

*By the way, I almost have the lighter version finished. I have come across a few problems though. If I make the sky too light, you will see weird splotches in the sky, and you will soon wish for it to be dark again... You definately do NOT want to see those splotches. They are horrendous.

So even if it still seems a little dark, you have to understand that a balance has to be struck.

You are right Marhkimov, would rather it dark than splothes.
Thanks for your time & effort, I'm sure others will want this as well.

Hey guys, these screenshots are not yet final, but tell me how they look...

Are they bright enough for you to see?

Do you notice any splotches?

What do you guys think? etc.

Ok, these are screenshots of what is probably going to be the final version. I feel as though it is very balanced... Not very dark, while not being too light.

I really hope you guys can see it...

Default Adjusting Brightness & Contrast

There is a program called 'PowerStrip" brought out by entech which allows you to increase/decrease the brightness of your screen while playng games which is good when you can't see objects on the screen during night sequences. You can get at :www.entechtaiwan.com/ps.htm Cheers
