Very true. I still have my MC license, though I haven't ridden in over 20 years. In my experience (professionally speaking), I have found bikers to be among the safest drivers on the road, and much safer than motor vehicle operators. (Plug) My son works in NYC for Harley Davidson where he is employed as a Master Technician.

Funny you say that. My experience is just the opposite. Much of my career, part of the territory I covered was a rural loop that was a favorite for "crotch rockets." They would drive dangerously and end up wrecking. For those in the city, I can say my experience is the same as your's. Regardless, motorcycles are more difficult to see and we need to keep an eye out for them.
