None I'm afraid. I don't think we've got any flying examples. I've posted shots of the static one at the RAN FAA Museum in Nowra before.

So what model did you buy?

I've still got that Panasonic DMC-TZ5 I was using in Houston but it's coming up a little short of what I'm after, especially in the man cave.

Mrs Buna is looking for a christmas pressie idea for me.

Problem being she'll be using my card to make the purchase

I picked up the Canon EOS 500D with a couple of lenses. Still got the little Canon Ixus, but didn't take that one with me today.

Love the Boomerang Suzy-Q

I started a 3D mesh of one awhile back.
Maybe I should finish it.

Yep Suzy Q is gorgeous. It was one of the aircraft I've been wanting to see since I was a kid. AFAIK the only Australian designed and build fighter to see service in WWII. The story of it's design was actually pretty amazing: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAC_Boomerang

It wasn't much chop as a fighter, but really came into its own in a ground support role where it had quite a bit of success.

I was blown away with the whistling sound it makes as air rushes over its open gun ports as well!
