@ Seeadler : Very cool pics, Sir, thanks for sharing.

What matters might not be water colour really, but the weather, in fact . That impacts water colour (probably not in the game though ).
Can't wait to stare at my beloved shades of grey.

I know the water color is very different,But we must be unified one most people are recognized by color..

There are infinite combinations of colours and light , and it´s impossible representate it with a single colour set in a simulator .

The next step must be a realtime variation of colour and lights in combination with the weather

I think that's why devs usually go with a more artistic interpretation of the colour, and so far in the Silent Hunter series I have preferred stock water colours. IMO modders may do better to focus on textures, efffects and water behavior than colours.

I think the water is fine as you have it in real env..

go for that overall look
