Always a tense time transfering fuel and torps.

I'd like that in SH5. Maybe make it a random thing something bad can happen.

Good one Tomi99

Interesting idea!
But what about a playable "Milchkuh"?
Imagine you are the commander of one, it´s your task to stay in a specified area, find other boats, supply them with fuel, spare parts, etc. and defend yourself against air attacks and task force groups.

You can actually simulate that already with SH3. Take a type-IX submarine, and just never attack any enemies.

The real "Milchkühe" had been regarded as primary targets by the Allies, a lot more efforts, compared to "standard U-boats" had been undertaken to find and destroy them. None of the boats survived the war.
Because of their masive size, they were slow and clumsy, even far more than a type IX. Finding other boats, without being detectd by the enemy, was a difficult thing.

.

( Eng/Us )

This idea is good, but I think in the current situation is not realizable .

A Milkcow as a playable boat with all properties.
A slightly lighter version of Ubisoft would be an dammy boat.

That means you find yourself somewhere in the Atlantic in any grid square.

Loud massage ( Munitionieren )send via radio signal to BDU and refueling of diesel (no soup)

From the BDU will receive by radio 3 or 4 squares next to the new location of the meeting place
With the Milk cow.

And now comes the most important to save the resources of your PC.

Refueling at night.
See U-boat with the headlights in the dark on the horizon very well appear.

An AI-submarine with superimposed light (controlled by the AI)

You see the boat on the horizon with the bright light going up to him.

At a certain point, a short film of a scene of the reception appears with the people of Boates assemblies, just the torpedoes.

Then switches itself off on the time factor 4x (High Speed)
- through the film.
- It takes the whole load of half a minute at a time) are real, but on your time-scalar Simulation gone 4-5 hours.
After the film clip you see the drift away dammy Submarine (dairy),
- and you are against fully operational.
-
So I think it While the actual implementation of the simplest.

PS: It would be interesting what the Dev.Ubisoft Tiem has to say?

Hi Tomi,

Hi Tomi,

I could imagine that, would spice up the Game!
Anyway, a realistic modeled "Milkcow" as an AI-sub would be nicer than a type IX on diet!
I´m anxious to see how the developers modeled the different types of Uboats anyway!

Cheers, Kurfürst

A question for the developers ? ?

A question for the developers, without speculating now.
I know the time is short and the work is great.
Is there a possibility in this form, fill up?

We would love us all!

I have a 3 month old son that my wife is breastfeeding. I've been calling her the milkcow, while he is the "little U-boat."

That's one pleased little U-boat. Judging from the color of the food around hsis mouth, I think he just took on board a full load of T3 torpedoes.
