RELEASE GWX-SH V 3.0

I think that whole load of mods will come out much before anything from GWX does. And that's good. The kind of work they do isn't anything you do within a month.

Yep, we hope for a GWX for SH-V. We do have some tradition at subsim. I should say that GWX development for SH-4 can be stopped as the period between the release of GWX 4.0 and SH-V will be short. And as I checked kpt. Lehmann and his crew did indeed already stopped GWX 4.0. So they have a short but well deserved break.

Well, my interpretation of Kpt. Lehmann’s post about stopping GWX 4.0 gave no indication that they intend to do any modding to GWX5. Quite the opposite.
So don’t hold your breath.

Wasn’t JScones persuaded out of retirement to give us his marvellous update for GWX3?
We’ll wait and see

Correct,
As per KLs post - there are no plans for GWX for SHV, most of the GWX team members have gone their separate ways, or just dont have the time for anymore modding.
I know some people keep insisting 'we'll be back for SH5', but honestly, honestly?
it looks very unlikey.
KL's thread is entitled 'A journeys end for the GWX team'
and it means just that. Nothing lasts forever - innit.

say it aint so?

yes we are all hoping they will because we love their work but sadly everyone moves on from time to time so it sounds like they are not just tired or need a rest or arent sure if they want to.

its really the team has retired and thats that but maybe just maybe we may see a mod or two from an ex team member on their own.

all good things must come to an end and they have retired as a group
