Almost ALL modern cards are DX10 ready. But most are fed DX9 info because nobody really has the stupidity to go to DX10 only.

Once Win 7 takes off tho the vast majority of systems will be DX10 ready and they can start switching.

I have the AMD X4 9850 cores. Run very well. I'm extremely please with these cores. I have an after market cooler (forget the name) that keeps them from cooking themselves to death.

You may screw up my thread, but it is my wife that I must get past in getting my stuff. It's like it doesn't matter how much money I make, I still have to sell the idea.

Probably because she looks at it like it's a toy. Anyway, after work today, I went out and fixed a server on my own clock and now I have $700 that is under the radar!

You are not alone....I have to get by my Sgt Schultz for computer stuff. I got my blessing just this past Christmas.

I was granted time in the computer compound and allowed to get what I wanted. I did go nuts. $900.00 for the computer and $200 for the 22 inch monitor. I'm happy.
