I honestly don't remember if I ever had this issue. Maybe it's because I never noticed before. Anyway, if you upload the fix, I'll certainly download it!

Edit:

I just tested the Crash Dive and Blow Ballast sounds in the Tokyo Express mission and they worked for me. I am using the ROW soundpack, so I don't know if that matters. When playing the stock game all I remember for Crash Dive and Blow Ballast is the alarm sound.

I did as you said. I quickly loaded the game and went many days. I then ordered Crash Dive and Blow Ballast. I got the audio reports for both of them. I clearly heard him say Crash Dive and Blow Ballast. I didn't do a whole patrol, though, as I don't really want to play the game that long.

I have recently redownloaded and reinstalled TMO 1.52. I applied the speech fix to it, but I'm not hearing the crash dive speech after a while. The fix seemed to work when I was running the stock game with ROW sounds and this fix. I'm not using the ROW sounds with TMO since it seems to use it anyway. I haven't really used blow ballast but once. When I used it, it was also my last. At least before I died, I heard blow ballast rather distinctly.

Need a link to fix my ENG Speech. OLd one are dead

Hello, I see that this thread is an old one. I was so glad when I found this thread until I tried to click on the link. Everything was working like normal until I added the german speech fix pack. I followed the directions and used the mod enabler to install the file. After i disabled the mod, no more speech. Sounds are still there. If any one has the file that fixes this problem I sure would be grateful. I read your first conclussions and I have to say this. It may not be the speech packs fault and a core SH4 problem, however I just want to report that my problem happend after I made the switch. back . Thanks in adance for any help.
