Default god what nit pikers

this guy is even picking on me writting now jees...:rotfl:

and you said the typhoon isn't bigger than a battle ship too bad if you serch google for snaps of the sub you might find one i had a snap of one in the water against the side of a battle ship and the hull lenth has about a good 5m more lenth by the look of it enyway but have a good look on google though.
and even if i did have a big sub i could blow you out the water with on shot and i could just chose to run off and in the little uboat you would have no chance really think about it enybody would be sunk

I'm not gonna 'nit pick' on your writing skills

But please allow me to advise you of some details in response to your statements around comparability of the Typhoon and Battleships.

Battleships come in a variety of shapes and sizes and seeing as how you have chosen a modern submarine I have chosen one of the latest WWII era vessels which also happens to still be around today.

Length...............Typhoon 175 metres........................................ Iowa 271 metres
Beam.................Typhoon 23 metres......................................... Iowa 33 metres
Displacement.......Typhoon (submerged) 48,000 tonnes.....Iowa (fully loaded) 58,000 tonnes

I'm sure there are ships classified as battleships that are smaller than the Typhoon, and as Jimbuna has shown, there are some bigger. Size is no reliable indicater of strength. Look at the midget subs used in WWII. They had some success, and they are tiny. Size means you can carry more weps and food, but a single torpedo with a good sized warhead can pop the shaft seals and send you to the bottom no matter how large your sub is.

Default ok

where did you find them stats on the typhoon they are cool
plus putting the typhoon against the iowa even though the iowa is the sister ship to the mighty'mo that is a bit unfair. Plus i was talking more of a pocket battel ship like the admiral graf spee.Even know it is 5m longer plus put it up against the hms argonaut even know it is just a cruiser and the typhoon is about 10to20m. Longer I think still i would like the sub just cos it is like nothing else on the game.
