Well I'm able to change the number of torps I can put in the reserve pool, but it CTD anything over the default for the boat.

Anyone figure out how to work this without crashing. It was possible in SH3, don't know why it's crashing now.

Well, if you're wanting cheats, there's some torpedo cheats available. It's not exactly what you're wanting (zip-gun torpedo launcher), but you can take out entire convoys.
