Just click on your Radio Operator's icon and choose the order from the mini-menu. It's part of the standard commands you have through the entire war. I think the icon for the order looks like a notepad.

I haven't been able to play SH3 for the past week because I've been busy backing up my hard drive. I'm nearly ready to do a major upgrade of my hardware, do a fresh install of WinXP SP3 with the custom CD I made, and reinstall all my software and games.

I'm having major SH3 withdrawal!!
