Yep, as the others said it does work provided your mod files are correctly arranged. JSGME is actually so clever that it doesn't care what game it's used with, it just moves files back and forth

Look at the file struture of your mods. I bet they look like REL_TriggerMaru_Overhaul_152\REL_TriggerMaru_Overh aul_152\Data instead of REL_TriggerMaru_Overhaul_152\Data
