Where have all the Allied Planes got to?

I was chased even by swordfishs outside their fighterrange but i couldnt get a fix on the carrier they come from cause im not equipped with radar to track their way back to it.

Aircraft carriers are unable to operate aircraft in the game. They are on the flight deck for purely cosmetic reasons. All the aircraft you encounter will have "spawned" from land bases. Doesn't make sense meetimg Hurricanes 600km from UK in the middle of Biscay though...

Maybe they're British kamikaze!
