GWX 2.1 Submarine configurations Engine settings

I do not have that checked in SH3 Commander. Please help with my speed if anyone can? I am going ahead 1/3 at 10 knots instead of 12 knots. What is the speed of everyone else doing?

10-11 knots in a Type IXB with turbos (I guess this is what Buchiegeblase (sp?) amounts for, in opposition to 'supercharged' Kapselgeblase (again, sp?)). Make sure you are running both propellers, if you charge the batteries one propeller is disconnected from its engine and the speed drops (down to 7-8 knots for me).

Consider the fact that the rough sea will lower your speed. In calm sea, my IXB goes around 10KT at 1/3 ahead, and 18-19 at flank.

Sorry i am late with this but it seems to have worked itself out "BTW" i'm in a IXC & am getting correct speeds !
