Default Problem reinstalling SH4 continues

Hi Sorry for the dalay replaying especially as you are trying to help. I have solved the problem with SH3, bought a new copy, whihc as it turns out is already patched to the latest, all I had to do was install GWX and away I go

Problem persists with SH4, totally clean install, no messages is a retail copy no pirated, and not played all that much thought bought when SH4 first hit the shelves

I use XP not Vista thank god, here are my system specs, remeber the problem is I cant patch it therefore cant install UBoat addon therefore cant mod to OPperation drumbeat which is the whole point of the exersise.

Video and sound cards are best if they are they type you install yourself. Onboard video and sounds cards will work but not as well. I doubt that this is your problem.

What are your computer specs?

Are you running Vista?

Have you tried to clear everything out and just install one game to begin with.

You did purchase these games correct?
