Uhmmm, I wouldn't mess with much in that registry key. Not sure exactly what it would want remove without you telling us, but anything with a DWORD of 0x00000400 is already deactivated - it might make your search easier.
AVG may have a false positive there, or it may be a harmful app listed. Need more info. -S
