Well, the truth is going to be harsh.
Even stock SH3 recommended specs call for a 128mb card. We were very careful to keep graphic resolutions same as stock with very few exceptions. (U-boat interiors) The long loading times are due to the comprehensive campaign built into GWX... and there is no avoiding it... not due to buckets of super-hi-res textures. Even so, you are really going to need more video power even with stock SH3 to run it comfortably. I hate telling you that... but GWX would likely not run well on your PC. |

Thanks fellas, appreciate the info....I may give it a shot due to SHIII working well on this machine...but I will not get my hopes up. More fuel to the fire for biting the bullet and getting a newer machine.
