HELP ! trouble using Rubini's Water Stream mod

I think theat is not compatibile with gwx 2.1. I think Rubini is working on it but still his fantastic mod is not working with v 2.1.

Not sure what the solution to your problem is. But RB's Waterstream definitely works with GWX 2.1.

Disable all the JSGE mods, then enable the Rubini's waterstream mod ONLY!!

Test it.

Then if this works add mods and note which try to overwrite, don't add these mods yet.

Test again.

Add the troublesome mods 1 by 1 and note which files conflict.

Then you'll have an idea of the problem and inspect these files.
