I can't remember the exact dates but it had to be between 1981 and 1983.

In Utah, a state prisoner escaped and was on the lamm. After being caught, he tried to sue the state of Utah.

It appeared that he was over stressed and emotionally damaged because for the past week, state and local police were chasing him like he was some sort of animal.

He described the angst of hiding and being scared every time he saw the police.

The state of Utah was not impressed and gave him another five.

They should just feed this pig those triple burger things from Wendy's about 5 times a day. He'll be dead long before his law suit make it to court.
