no gameplay for 2 days ctd only

just got an idea. maybe i found it. let me describe what i ve done.
i was enabling mods, starting a new career (hans weber)- load sh3-start i was at port at my sub--esq dock at base-exit sh3.
added ships-load sh3-load saved carrer(hans weber) and then ctd
is that the reason ? if yes i ll change my name to bernard

You need to change ALL cfgs from type=100 to 102 for those 2 ships
That is the cfgs in the data/Sea/*** folder
AND
The cfgs in the data/Roster/*country*/Sea
