Why not when you race down the street with more than 5 km/h and do not yell out loud "Friendly from behind!" before overtaking another walker.

You could as well get billed for the heart attack you may cause by that, so better do not overtake at all - safe is safe.

We did arrest a stall holder for selling carrots by the pound instead of metric tons or whatever.


Just to be argumentative though, this guy has been given a bin 50% bigger than most people and watching the news last night I notice he can't be bothered to crush bottles and boxes before disposing of them. Actually since jumpy brought up BSE the attitude of mainland europe especially the French really pissed me off.

No one reports that while BSE cases in Britain have dropped to a low level if at all, they are on the rise on France.

And given this is the Daily Mail I am sceptical. Personally having seen our neighbours regularly having stuff coming out of the bin I have no sympathy.
