Installed it, played it, WOW, nice Mod you have there. I swear I was really really considering turning this game into a coffee coaster (not sure why I didnt) but then came along the UBoat mod and now both games are fun again with a lot of the bugs and game stuters worked out.

There ae some diffent Jap Shipping lanes maps floating about.... Is there a particular map or set of maps of shipping lanes which was used by RSRDC/Lurker in building the campaign which we can use to have a better chance of locating targets? I don't mean an exact map of where the RSRDC tagets might be, but just a good historical map which Lurker might have also used as a reference.

Have 1.5 and TMO installed. I just finished a patrol and am docked. If I apply RSRDC - will that screw up the rest of my career or can I continue as is?

I did start on making all new shipping lane maps for the RSRDC mod. I have bumped into two problems.

1) in order for the maps to be more usefull then what you can do with the line tool your self in the navigation map (put a straight line between the points that are the harbours in question fx. SINGAPORE-LUZON STRAIT-JAPAN) then the maps need to be realy big. Its needed to know what part of Luzon Strait most traffic is going through. So im beginning to opt for NOT making a shipping lane map mod, but rather a mod containing a mapping of Straits, or bottlenecks if you like.

2) Next problem is to get maps of decent resolution and with placenames on. Its a bitch to write in all the needed placenames. Allso its a benefit if the maps are in Mercator projection as the map in SH4 is.

But ill look into making some Strait Map's as those are much more easy to compile.

I had a few missions under my belt then installed RSRD and had to start all over ..........

Since posting my message just above, I have since put the two mods into my game (don't know if there will be any consequences). I haven't done much with it yet except view the Museum. I ran into some more issues. Here are the mods I am using:

I went through and viewed all the ships in the Museum. These ships have misaligned wakes:

Momi Destroyer
Momi Patrol Boat
Auxiliary Gunboat
Leander Light Cruiser
Java CL
Admiralen Class Destroyer

I think these ships belong to OM, but will post here anyway.

DeRuyter has a misaligned wake

When I viewed the Revenge, it showed up all yellow. A second later I got that green screen again. I had to reset the computer. However, when I viewed the Revenge again, it looked normal and no green screen. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it may need to be looked at.

All those unit's are from RSRDC, and have been in for a mod like that for "a very long time" I "may or may not" fix the wake problem which I've "known" about for a long time any time soon. The Revenge is from OM.

I haven't done much with it yet except view the Museum.

I hope you decide to "play" the mod in the near future
