You can either use jsgme to install it or if not / You may take the Data file and past it into or rather over your data file in Sh4

the mod isnt appearing in the JSGME thing so il try the other way

after extractimg the .rar place the whole "John Hamm's Uniform Mod" folder into the mods folder and then use JSGME to add it to the game.
