My choice is: Norway/Netherlands/USSR (coz im Russian

) and other. In my case "other" mean France (both Free and Vichy) coz French merchant fleet was playin' sigificant role on my favorite theatre of warfare - Mediterrenean.

Canada as BBW said earlier is a country which needs a few more ships in my opinion. But mainly any allied nation would be good due to bring more merchant targets to the table.

My vote goes to Greece. With 124 ships, it was the 5th nation in terms of ships sunk bu U-boats.

Well there should be more more Greek ships.
But every time I see the Greek flag in SH3, I ask myself: shoot or no?
