Slight problem with RSR campaign...

It is updated to the latest patch v1.04. I move back about 5 metres, stop and start taking damage until I "die". Am I supposed to bring up some kind of anchor or something? Or am I running aground?

Original RSR does not work in 1.04. You need new RSR, updated to work correctly with 1.04 DW. FFG has changed in 1.04 and the newone has deeper keel depth, that's why you hit the floor from the very beginning.

You should get the new version of RSR from the link Bill suggests.

Oh ok, thats a bit naff then. Would have thought they'd ship the right one with the game :S. Where can I download the new version of the campaign?

That's right, they "outsourced" some missions--and a campaign--to include I completely forgot about that!

If I remember right BB shipped DW as v1.03 ... Patch 1.04 is newer and unless they have updated their release it should be 1.03 out of the box. Which means all the missions should work as advertised (incl. Bills Campaign) unless of course you have patched the game (which you did) in which case you need the new version of the campaign (but to be fair, thats not something BB was/is aware of or has to take care of, as their product works as advertised - well, 1.03 works as 1.03 should ... ).

Outsourcing is nicely put ... as far as I see it they basically looked at Bills page and (I guess here) asked more or less everybody if they could use their missions for their release. Only Bill (I think) actually made some new missions for BBs release.
