Cigarettes under the counter

After the wholesale banning of smoking in public places, the move would be the latest assault on smokers in Britain. The plans are part of a drive to try and stop children getting access to cigarettes.

And what about chocolate at the supermarket checkout? Are they going to do anything about that? No they are not, as for this silly idea of placing fags under the counter what a joke, "Just one minute sir/madam." And the rest of us have to stand there while the shop assistant farts about digging out the brand this person wants. I don't see top shelf soft porn tucked away out of sight no sir, in fact it's in your face and some newsagents have two shelfs full of the stuff. The whole idea of getting fags under the counter is just a dumb idea which will not change a thing.
