Well earned for conspicuous niceness, helpfulness and all around good-guyness above and beyond the call of duty. Gun crew! 21 gun salute! Execute!............Execute!.........I said, Execute!
"Sir, we're submerged. The gun crew can't go on deck." Blasted U-Boat! Will someone just show me where the kopf is??????? The HEAD dumkopfs!!!!!!! This rusty bucket of bolts is driving me crazy. They wouldn't DARE call it a submarine.

Thanks everybody
 As I told sqk and DT, I don't know what to say, I am really taken back by this. There are so many worthy members here at SUBSIM, so many folks that do great things on a daily basis in these forums. I want to also congratulate the other members here whose names were put forward for this award. To be mentioned in the same breath as Dave in any circumstance is an honor ( one I don't deserve ) and I am very humbled by this. Thanks again. SUBSIM is truly a special place  Finally to Dave, we all miss you buddy, your influence will always be felt here at SUBSIM, you were taken away from us far to soon, but the time folks here did spend with you will never be forgotten.
