Question about TM 1.7.6 and TMO...

Esshhhh... This is that time, where, i wish i had kept my documentation up to date.

In the beginning was version 1.7.6, i had indeed intended to be the final version. Then i started to play more, and found a few things wrong, and it bugged the crap out of me. So, in pulling on the proverbial string, the whole ball of yarn was unwinding in my eyes.

So, i decided it was time to put "the Trigger" in drydock, and give her a complete going over to remove any bugs that i missed, and some minor "pet peeves" that bothered me, in short, i put the mod up into drydock and gave her an Overhaul. Bugs were fixed, new features added. I even had a beta period for it for once, during which i produced 3 patchs to fix things people found. When i was done, i tossed TM back up on the net, as "Trigger Maru - Overhauled" - a refined version of 1.7.6, only, with no version numbers to denote that i had no intention of doing anymore, but a heck of a lot more robust then the before i "put her in drydock".

With Patch 1.5 (IE uboat addon), its been quite evident that this will be the new platform, so ive had to pull myself out of retirement (again), and bring TMO up to compatiblity. Ordinarly, id be hoisting the white flag of "im done now, lemme alone", but 1.5 adds new features and such, and the conversion to 1.5 is bound to have introduced some more bugs to TM on my part, so as much as id like to, i can't say im done yet. Not until ive used the new features to their fullest and iron out the bugs. THEN ill be done.

TMO development occured off of subsim, so i suppose not everyones sure on what it is, and how it came about. I wish i was done. Damn uboat add on. I WAS done.. then ubi made another patch. (the gamer in me rejoices, the burnt out modder in me is crying)
