We need volunteers for leadership roles! Most want to run the navy (whodathunk it at subsim?)

WWII right, so USS gar is my boat!

each country needs a leader yes, to control N.P.C charcters and give orders, it's boring without structure
I would be cool to have a "Gaya player" like in Age of empires who can control the weather such as blizzards on land or typhoons at sea...but this person needs to be fair...

Looking for 20 - this means that there is a good division of workload and can easily handle people taking vacation etc. Got about 15 so far, so sign up

What do leadership people actually do? Diplomatic stuff or do they fight as well?

sure they can move armies and boats around too if they want.

Leadership has to make decisions on the following: diplomatic, research, which fronts to have an offensive, what new units to build and assign duties to your team mates
