Help with playing on windows XP64

Yes I might revert to just XP but dont want to just do it.

Hello,
Unfortunately, Silent Hunter 3 is protected with too old StarForce version and it could not be launched on 64-bit operation systems including Windows XP 64-bit edition and 64-bit Vista unless the game publisher releases a patch protected with some newer version of protection system. We cannot do such patch on our side since we have neither unprotected game files required for that, nor the legal rights to produce any game patches.

So I guess thats it no SH3 for me for a bit
