Yes, but without proper adaptation it brings up problems with the sub interiors and some other changes on GWX 2.0.

Really? I haven't noted any issues so far. I was wondering what specifically it would cause problems with...

Hi Ref...

Is it possible to move the captains positioning
from the place he is by default to another closer to
that pace or another were he doesn't look like he is
with the periscope up his ... ?

I saw a lot off camera mods untill now,
but somehow they change the position in the conning
tower and also when you rotate the camera in the end you are totaly displaced on the bridge...

so never used none...

to spare and reply this doubt I'll apreciate !

Thanks...

The problem with moving the captain's bridge location, is that something else will end up blocking the view. I think you would be more upset if you couldn't see where you were going.

You can also go to DivingDuck's website to get tweak files for camera locations for the SH3 Minitweaker.

Believe me. Before Sergbuto made his camera mod and we obtained permission to use it, we worked on and adjusted dozens of camera settings and positions for a host of reasons, that will be lost unless we adapt his camera mod.

Does it function with GWX 2.0... yes.

Is it fully compatible with GWX 2.0... no.

An integrated version is under construction. We'd meant to finish it for inclusion with GWX 2.0 but ran out of time.

It was either 'cut it temporarily' or delay release.

We didn't feel like being lynched.

No trouble! I'm just wondering what the specific issue(s) is (are?) since I haven't noticed anything with it so far. Not that I don't believe you on that, etc. Perhaps I could look into it myself in my free time

No worries. I hope you don't mind if I don't dig into the cameras.dat and do a full comparison. The cameras.dat has hundreds of entries. We made dozens of changes to camera positions, fields of view, speeds etc. Its easier for us to just make the fixes than to describe them in detail.

It looks as if the integrated version will be available for everyone this weekend or soon after anyway. (See Ref's statement)

Try looking around in the 7c interior camera, do a full 360º.

Though using a different camera file can't break the game, as the Kpt stated there are a lot of subtle changes that we don't like to loose.
