Same in the U.S.

The cost of ink/printer cartridges is absolutely STUPID!!!

When I'm sure the manual is 'finalized' (currrently it remains a living document) ... then I will print it out.

I wonder how long it would take to print the GWX manual? How many hours!

Well, it depends on your Printer speed. With 600+ pages in the current edition:
Six pages per minute: ~100 minutes, not counting loading the document into the printer's memory

Nine pages per minute: just over 60 minutes, not counting loading the document into the printer's memory.

And 600 sheets of paper or 300 if you print both sides... but it takes a lot more time load the documents.

I am taking the manual to Kinko tomorrow and have them print it in black and white and bind it.I am one for reading it when I want, not sitting in front of my computer.

Cheers,
JeffG

What I may do once you release the very last final version is to take it to my printers, probably work out a lot more cheaper and faster.

Exactly what I was thinking Steedman. Even printing it all in greyscale (which would take away a lot of enrichment) would surely burn up at least one full black ink cartridge...hiring a printer to do it would probably be cheaper!
