Did it through 19 grids heading southwest for better weatherconditions and gave up finally. After detecting their course I stopped for several hours, then caught up with them, stopped again, caught up, stopped ...
The weather changed only from really bad to worse and back.

And yes, of course I used time compression.

Yes..you are crazy.

There is nothing wrong with that.

It takes a crazy person to climb into a rustbucket 'unterseeboot with a fellow bilge rat known as Bernard.

I don´t think so. you are not crazy :hmm:

you can do a lot of strange things in the game, i sneaked in the mediterranean with a IX-boat, ressuply in the specia base and return to the atlantic , i was near to die some times and not return .. is crazy and masochist visit gibraltar two times . but was funny

shadow is useful with bad weather early in the war, when the weather changes to clear you can use your guns

Nothing crazy about acting like a real kaleun. I agree that shadowing is hard at higher TC but as long as you are careful it can be done although I prefer not to go higher than 32x as you can see whether the escorts are onto you or not.

I do overtake at up to 128x though quite successfully as long as you are outside their sensor range which gets harder the later on into the war you go.

I normally don't do it for a full 24 hours either just until it is dark enough to make an attack.

I think it is very exciting to do that. If you have the time.
have you plotted that convoy all the way?
Spinnennetz would love to add that route to the intel map.

Who can defeat Brag's lengthy shadow route?

Good luck, hope you don't shadow her all the way into the harbour...
