Supreme Court to take up the Second Amendment

I don't really have a problem with someone owning a gun. I have a problem when someone uses a gun illegally. If there were some way to keep guns out of the wrong hands we would all be happy. I see the real issue being how do we strangle the flow of illegal guns. the answer is not more jails or better supervision of parolees. The guns should never reach the hands of criminals & nuts! whatever decision is reached by the supreme court won't matter as long as guns can be obtained illegally in this country.
