Sh4 What Gives ?

I haven't tried playing online...

However, from experience with other games, I know that some hackers "key-generators" will sometime generate the same as a legitimate user's. Dunno what the situation is with SH4, but it might be your problem.

I would suggest emailing Ubi tech support with a description of your problem. If you can, take a snaphost or two of your disks/box/manuals and attach the pictures to your mail, to emphasise that your copy is legit. They *might* ask for more (ie, snail-mail them stuff), or first suggest stupid stuff like complete reinstalls and such, but there are chances they might just send you a new key. -- My similar experience was with ther corporations (EA and then with Bioware) so I couldn't say for sure how Ubisoft will react.
